Welcome to Elevate. These Terms of Service govern your use of our fitness application and related services. By accessing or using Elevate, you agree to be bound by these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Elevate. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Some features of Elevate may require a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Elevate if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may terminate your account at any time through the app’s settings.
Elevate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury from fitness activities.
